So, I've decided to launch myself head first into this whole "blogging" stuff upon the advice of several folk. Apparently it is the cool thing to do, and I am nothing if not cool. Hopefully this will be a good way for us to post pictures of the soon to be Baby Rodriguez for all you out of towners to see. For now, here's a picture of Ellie, nesting cutely next to a pile of baby clothes. We think she has some awareness of a change coming, but we're not sure. Should be interesting...

You are a dork at heart...so embrace it Abby! :) Love the fact I can see baby pictures whenever, but you will need to add pictures of you and Ellie frequently since we will all miss you here at school.

wow i'm impressed! good idea. let's see how much time you have to keep up with it after Baby Rodriguez makes his/her appearance! only a few more weeks- can't wait! i'll pull out ALL of meryn's ILLINI stuff so Baby will have plenty to wear. :)
Now, let me just ask a more unrelated question.... why do you have a huge pile of baby clothes on the floor? I hope you don't expect to treat the kid the same way... get a dresser, jeez...
Can't wait for all the updates. I do a whole lot of blog reading while I'm at work, so I have high expectations for frequent updates.
Well, the pic of Ellie is adorable. I think dogs definitely know. My sister's did at least. They would just sort of stare into the baby's room even before Lilah was here. And I hope you can find the time to keep up with this so as to keep us all informed of EVERYTHING the newest addition does. LOL.
