So, we have 2 very exciting news items to share with everyone. We bought a house! Now, we're still waiting on the contract, so nothing is finalized, but we did negotiate a price and terms and such. The home is 4 beds, 2 baths and is in Roselle, IL (just south of Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall area). It was definitely a stressful process, but we are very excited! Here's a picture of the house, we'll hopefully be moving into it in mid-August. The other piece of exciting news is that Noah slept thru the night last night! He ate at 10pm, woke up for a quick diaper change and re-swaddle at 1:30am and then back down till 6am this morning. So he went without eating for nearly 8 hours, which is GREAT! Mommy is very happy about this and hopefully it will start to be the trend versus just a fluke. So, to sum up, it has been a very exciting 24 hours in the Rodriguez house!!!

Woo-hoo semi neighbor! More new neighborhoods to prowl around in the stroller!
Very nice, but is Noah going to be able to show Mike how to use the lawn mower and shovel.

Yeah! Congratulations! That is AWESOME!!! I can't wait to see it over Christmas (it being the house, but I'll be excited to see the three of you, too!)
