We had a lovely holiday weekend at the lakehouse. Per usual it was full of good eating, good time spent with family, and good boating (well ONE day of good boating, oh well!). Here is Sam getting his first taste of donuts. It's now officially a lake tradition that the grandkids get to eat powdered do-dos at 6am everyday! I think Sam is a fan of this tradition...
Noah is learning how to play hide-n-seek. He still needs a little assistance and usually blows his cover in the first 30 seconds, but it's still fun. In this attempt, he hid in the bathroom cabinet. Well, half hid...Daddy was able to find him pretty quickly! Other good hiding spots included the dog's cage and the pantry.
There was some good quality Uncle Josh time. Somehow he dodged the stinky diaper duty, how does he always manage to do that?
Noah prepares to go on a boat ride. Finally the weather had cleared up by Monday morning and we were able to head out. But this isn't what he really wore...
This is how you dress for yachting, doncha know! I'm not sure if we could get any more character attire on his person. Oh wait, this is before he dons his spiderman life jacket, of course!
And Sam's just happy he gets to join the party this year!
