So, on Friday 6/26, we hosted our annual Mud Party! It turned out to be a great day, warm but not hot and overcast with showers later in the day to wash it all away. We opted to do it in the driveway this year due to jungle-like grass, mosquito and tick conditions in the backyard. The usual suspects were here: Worst, Weingart, and Schwantz families all reported in for the dirty detail.
Earlier in the day we had gone on a nature walk to gather some "supplies" for potential beaver type construction.
There was also a kitchen area where some counter work was done.
Calvin was definitely one of the MVPs this year, along with Fred, those Worst boys got right in!

It's nice to have older kids that just dig in, the moms got to hang out in the garage with beverages. The oldest two, Fred and Noah stayed out and helped me clean off everything. Another successful Dirty Day!
